Community Manager
Quinn Member Experience Lead

Summary
The Community Lead will be responsible for managing and driving engagement for online components of the Quinn Member Experience. Must
be able to scale up quickly, lead with experience as this is a new and growing platform. Previous experience is a must.

Key Responsibilities

1. Online Community Management
Oversee the Member Hub which includes day-to-day communication and customer-service, driving engagement, and implementing new ideas to keep members connected no matter where they are in the world.

2. Online Event Management
Work with external speakers and Members to plan and execute 4 to 5 monthly online events — in alignment with Quinn's programming pillars — to inspire & educate Members, connect the Community, and increase Quinn brand awareness in the public eye.

3. Upload and keep member content fresh and up to date
Work with admin team to upload materials as they become ready to appropriate community sections and also suggest new content and resource
materials based on conversations and needs of our community members.

→ Creative: Identify and implement new engagement, event, content ideas
→ This is a customer-facing role and you should be comfortable acting as a Brand Ambassador to provide accurate information in a friendly, engaging manner.

LGBTQ+ expats and immigrants moving and thriving abroad.

The role will report to the President + Founder.

This is a fully remote part-time role of 10-20 hours per week with room to grow.

Compensation based on experience, $15-35 USD/hour.
